Introduction
The SZ-LD01 wheel loader safe load limiter, also known as load moment indicator(LMI) or safe load indicator(SLI), is a safety device installed on a wheel loader to monitor the load weight and center of gravity in real time during the operation of the loader. When the loader exceeds the permitted safety threshold, the system will trigger an audible and visual alarm to remind the operator, allowing the operator to safely use the loader within the permitted range to ensure safe operation of the loader.
Working principle
The working principle of this system is to measure the weight data during loading through the sensor installed on the loader. These data are transmitted to the weighing display controller in the cab through the data acquisition conversion transmitter; the controller processes and analyzes the data and calculates the real-time weight. If the weight exceeds the preset value, the instrument will alarm to prompt the operator.
